Purim is a Jewish holiday which commemorates the saving of the Jewish people from Haman (an official who was planning on killing all the Jews in the 5th century BCE)

AO students will learn about the Holi Festival.  Holi is a popular ancient Hindu Festival, also known as the "Festival of Love, Festival of Colors, Festival of Spring." The festival celebrates the eternal and divine love of Radha and Krishna.

Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, observed by Muslims worldwide as a month of fasting, prayer, reflection and community.

Passover, also referred to as Pesach, is a major Jewish Holiday that lasts for eight days in the United States. The first day of Passover is marked with the Sedar, a feast eaten with close family and friends.
